I have one device working, but cannot get the other working.
The fact that you are getting Netflix working on a device with our Services is a great step. A couple questions and some things to try… Steps to try and resolve your issue:
- Can you unplug your router/modem/hub for two minutes.
- We made some late night fixes, can you turn your device off, once back on, log out of Netflix, and log back in?
Once the above are tried, please do this:
- Login to https://turboflix.com on the device that is not working? Once logged in, visit https://turboflix.com/members and scroll to the bottom
- Is “TurboFlix Status” turned on and GREEN? If not, is there a red message there? Try turning the switch to ON.
- Does “TurboFlix Activation” have a green checkmark beside it? If not click the “Activate Your Location” button.
I can’t get my Android setup using the instructions
Android devices are all pretty different depending on the Make and Model. However the instructions below have worked for many users.

- Go to Wireless and Networks
- Then Wi-Fi settings
- Menu > Advanced
- Use static IP
- Copy current IP address (few lines above) to IP address field
- Set Gateway as router IP (usually the same as current IP except last number is .1, i.e. if your phone IP 192.168.2.130 then router’s likely 192.168.2.1)
- Set Netmask 255.255.255.0 (sometimes it’s different, but you should already know what to do if it is)
- Set DNS 1 and DNS 2 fields as per table below:
- Primary DNS: 54.85.249.206
- Secondary DNS: 54.86.114.28

What devices are not Supported?
- Chromecast – This is due to the fact that Google has hard coded network addresses inside the device.
- Kindle Free time – This is due to manufacturer hard coded network addresses in the device.
